Why Can't I Lose Weight
WHY CAN'T I LOSE WEIGHT???
No Matter How Hard You Work,Excercise,Or Starve Yourself Nothing Works Right?
Spent So Much Money On Diets,Clubs,Equipment...
I could go on & on & on about how much money we waste.But still end up asking our self Why Can't I Lose Weight ?????

It's insane to repeat the same behavior while expecting a different outcome.
